A spokesperson for South West Trains says no damage was caused after a lorry hit a bridge between Brockenhurst and Lymington Pier earlier this afternoon. They say the 1527 service will run as normal.
A lorry has hit a bridge on South West Trains between Brockenhurst and Lymington Pier. Trains are currently unable to run. A bridge inspector is due to arrive on site to check if it is safe to run trains - services will be suspended until the bridge is declared safe.
