Princess Royal praises restorative justice in Sussex

The Princess Royal has been in Sussex to see a project which can bring the victim of a crime face-to-face with the perpetrator.
Restorative justice, as it's known, is increasingly seen as a valuable tool in reducing the rate of re-offending, as Malcolm Shaw reports.

The Princess Royal has take a salute from Soldiers of the Household Cavalry in Windsor this morning.

The soldiers are marching through the town, marking the regiment's final return from Afghanistan.

The troops will go on to file past Windsor Guildhall.

Princess Anne handing out medals in Didcot

HRH Princess Anne is presenting medals to soldiers in Didcot today.

She is the guest of honour at the Freedom Parade and will be presenting medals to 11 Explosive Ordnance Disposal Regiment who have just got back from Afghanistan.

Two-hundred troops from the Vauxhall Barracks are at the parade.
