Male model James Farmer will be running the Brighton Marathon dressed as a badger on Sunday April 15th. It will be a change of dress for the model who has appeared on the front cover of mens' magazine GQ. He is hoping to raise awareness and support for the Wildlife Aid Foundation based in Surrey.
Hampshire Police are appealing for witnesses after an 18-year-old woman was found injured in a car park in Bourley Road in Aldershot on Monday night.
The woman was found on the side of the road near a blue Vauxhall Corsa car at about 11pm on Monday night by a couple who were driving past. The police and ambulance services were called to the scene which was near the Bourley Road Camping Ground. Officers are investigating what happened.
“We know that this area is very popular with dog walkers and runners and so I am asking if anyone was in this area between 7pm and 11pm on Monday night? If so then we would like to hear from you. “Officers from Aldershot police station will be providing high visibility patrols in this area over the next couple of evenings and a mobile police station will be on site if you would like to come and speak to an officer in person.”
