The emotional burden facing working mums has been highlighted in a new survey with the majority of women saying they're troubled by high levels of stress, anxiety and insecurities. 90% of mothers say they're anxious about returning to work for the first time with 71% worried about missing their children. While most mums were keen to contribute to the families' finances more than half were stressed about their working arrangements not being compatible and 48% were concerned about not finding suitable childcare.
