Two men have died in a car crash on the A2 at Teynham near Sittingbourne at about 1.20am on New Year's Day.
Kent Police are appealing for witnesses to the accident which involved a blue car which was travelling on the A2 London Road from the Faversham direction towards the Sittingbourne area.
Officers say the collision happened near the Dover Castle Public House at Teynham. Four adults were in the vehicle, three men and a woman. The male driver and a female who was in the front passenger seat suffered serious injuries and were taken to a hospital in London for treatment. The two back seat passengers - both men in their twenties - died in the collision.
Kent's serious collision investigation unit is handling the inquiry. Officers are appealing for anyone with information to come forward. Witnesses can contact the team on 01622 798538.
Kent Police officers are appealing for witnesses after a motorcyclist was killed in a fatal collision in Teynham.
At 4.38pm yesterday, officers were called to Lower Road in Teynham, at the junction with Frognal Lane, to a collision between an Audi A4 and a Suzuki motorcycle.
The motorcyclist, a man in his 30s, died at the scene. The driver and passenger of the car were uninjured.
Officers from the Kent Police serious collision investigation unit are now appealing for anyone with any information, or who saw either vehicle in the moments prior to the collision to make contact.

A man has appeared before Maidstone magistrates charged with the murder of 21-year-old Dmitrijs Titovs in Teynham near Sittingbourne in Kent on New Year's Day.
Jurijs Popovs, aged 47, of Henley Place in Teynham has now been bound over to appear before Maidstone Crown Court on Friday 4th January. Two other men who were being held in custody have been released without charge.
Kent Police were called to a block of flats in Henley Place in London Road Teynham at about 2am on New Year's Day, after reports of a man with suspected stab wounds being found on the ground outside the block. He was was pronounced dead shortly after being taken to the Medway Maritime Hospital.
