A man and two children are still in hospital following a crash on the M26 last week.
Two people died in the five-vehicle pile up on the motorway near Kemsing, Kent.
A 45-year-old man was arrested in connection with the incident and has been released on police bail.
The lorry driver who was arrested and questioned by police in connection with a crash on the M26, which killed two people, has been released on bail until 15th August.
A 22-year-old woman and a 16-year-old girl, both from France, died when five vehicles collided on the London bound carriageway on Wednesday morning.
Seven other people were taken to hospital in a "serious condition."
Police are continuing to appeal for witnesses.

The motorway Londonbound remains closed. It is expected to reopen by 10pm tonight. Diversions are in place with traffic being redirected back to join the M20 at Wrotham Heath.
The family of a motorcyclist who died after a collision on the Surrey-bound carriageway of the M26 have released a tribute to him.
Darren Rochford, 44, from Tadworth in Surrey died on Sunday 30th June 2013.

Part of the M26 Westbound is closed due to recovery work, after an earlier lorry fire and carriageway cleaning between M20 J3 and M25 J5 / A21.
The incident was first reported at around 9.30am. The motorway is expected to be closed for some time, although the fire has now been extinguished.
There is a diversion in place: Traffic approaching on the M20 westbound is advised to continue on the M20 to join the M25 clockwise at J1 (M25 J3).
M26 remains closed London bound due to an earlier lorry fire. Lorry needs to cool and be emptied before it is recovered. Traffic being turned around and released via J2a.
