Wanted man may be in Dorset

Officers trying to locate a wanted man from Gloucestershire, who may be in Dorset, are asking for the public’s help in trying to find him.

Ashley Tessyman, 30, absconded from HMP Leyhill in South Gloucestershire on Monday 21 July 2014.

He was serving a prison sentence for burglary and robbery in 2006 and has links to Leeds and Cornwall. He is white, around 1.66 meters tall and of slim build. He has fair short hair, blue eyes and tattoos on his left arm.

"We have information to suggest that he is in the Dorset area and are trying to locate him. I am appealing for anyone who knows of the whereabouts of Ashley Tessyman to come forward – all calls will be treated with the strictest confidence. I urge members of the public who see anyone they believe to be the person pictured to call the police. In the interest of personal safety do not confront him.”

Two men wanted in Hastings

Hastings police have issued two photos of men who are wanted in the town. Daniel Harvey, 21, is wanted for breach of court bail after failing to sign on at Hastings police station.

He appeared at Hastings Magistrates' Court on November 12 charged with assault by beating, criminal damage and possession of cannabis. On December 3 he appeared at the same court charged with assault by beating and assaulting a police officer.

Kesley Searle, 18, last known to be living in London Road, St Leonards-on-Sea, is wanted for a number of driving offences, including car theft, and for criminal damage.

Anyone who knows their whereabouts or has information about either man is asked to call Sussex Police on 101.
