Police at Kent show after woman injured

The War and Peace Revival Show at Folkestone Credit: Meridian

Kent Police were called to the War and Peace Revival Show in Folkestone earlier this morning after one of the exhibitors was injured. It is believed the woman injured her hand and was taken to the William Harvey Hospital.

Police are at the scene making enquiries to establish what happened but say they are not looking for anyone else in connection with the incident. The show remains open to the public.

Police called as woman is injured at Kent show

A woman has been injured at the War and Peace Revival Show at Folkestone. The police were called just before 7 o'clock this morning. The woman was taken to the William Harvey Hospital for treatment and the police are at the scene making enquiries.

It is not known the extent of the woman's injuries but police have said they are not looking for anyone else in connection with the incident and the site remains open to the public.
