Police are appealing for witnesses to a burglary after 63 pairs of designer shoes were stolen from a shop in The Mint, Rye.
Crispins Shoe Shop was broken into between 5pm Tuesday and 8am Wednesday. The majority of shoes taken have a signature "Crispins" on the sole and are worth around £100 a pair.
PC Nigel Collins said: "The items stolen are fairly distinctive and we are asking for anyone who is offered or finds shoes matching this description to contact police.
"Anyone with information is asked to call 101 quoting serial 183 of 18/4, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
