Police have named a man who died after the car he was travelling in became submerged in water near Newbury. He was Jonathan Gammon, 52, from Kingston Lane, Teddington, Middlesex. Mr Gammon and his wife, 55, were attempting to cross the ford at Thornford Road, Headley, around 9.10am yesterday.
