Thames Valley Police has charged two people as part of its investigation into a baby girl being abandoned in Reading last week.
A 26-year-old man and an 18-year-old woman, both from Winchester, have both been charged with abandoning a child. They will appear at Reading Magistrates’ Court later today.
The baby, who was found in London Road, Reading on 3 May, remains in foster care.
