Police are investigating after a 20-year-old man was woken up in his home in Southampton by two men who had broken in.
One of the men had a knife and the pair restrained the victim with gaffer tape then kept asking him where the marijuana was.
He told them that he didn’t have any. They then looked around the house before returning briefly to the bedroom, admitting they had the wrong house and leaving. The man wasn’t injured but shaken and frightened.
The attack happened in Wilton Avenue at just before 3am on Monday and police are appealing for witnesses who may have seen or heard anything suspicious in the area around the time of the incident.
