Fire crews from Hartley Wintney, Rushmoor & Basingstoke used their ‘blues and twos’ to help the trapped driver guide them in. Two firefighters trained in water rescue then carried the woman to safety. Hants Fire & Rescue have urged everyone to take extra precautions in the rain.
