The police are trying to trace the owner of three medals. The World War I honours have a name engraved on them. They were seized in March this year.
PC Sian Lewis from Thames Valley Police said “Unfortunately, we have no records of where these medals may have been taken from or who they belong to.
“I am keen to give them back to their rightful owner and am appealing for anyone who believes they could be their medals to contact me.”
Anyone with information should contact the 24-hour Police Enquiry Centre on 101 and ask to speak to PC Lewis at Newbury police station.
