It's a situation faced by thousands of young couples trying to get onto the property ladder. Daniel Bond and Stacey Drinkwater struggled to find anything they could afford. Then they had an idea that was just the ticket.
They've now bought a place of their own - a detached two-storey residence in Kent with its own grounds, two bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom, lounge - and bar. And it cost them 11 thousand pounds.
