Torch relay continues in Salisbury

99 year old Doris Long has abseiled down the side of one of the tallest buildings in Portsmouth breaking her own world record.

They say a cat has nine lives - Norman from Ashford certainly does. His owners thought he'd died but then he returned from the dead.

Expect some rain for southern counties along the coast, but further inland it should be mostly dry with sunny spells and light winds.
