Men sentenced after Bexhill attack
A man has been jailed for six years in a young offenders institute following an attack in Sussex that left a teenager with severe brain damage.
Ashley Dacosta, 20, from Bexhill, pleaded guilty in June to racially motivated grievous bodily harm against Mo Bourner.
He was also found guilty of perverting the course of justice last week.
Jack Carrick, 25, also from Bexhill and found guilty of perverting the course of justice, was sentenced today to two years in jail.
15 year old Mo Bourner was assaulted in Bexhill last October.
