Police have launched a missing person investigation following the disappearance of 80 year old Francis Ebbs from his home in Basingstoke.
He was last seen by his wife when he took her a cup of tea shortly after 7am yesterday. He then left their Harold Jackson Terrace home and hasn't been seen since.
Police are searching the area for Mr Ebbs and are appealing for anyone who may have seen him or knows where he may be to call 101 immediately.
He is 5ft 9ins and when he left the house he was clean-shaven and wearing glasses.
Sergt Ian Dugdale said: “We are concerned as this behaviour is out of character and Mr Ebbs is without essential medication which he must take regularly.
“If anyone knows where he may be, if you have seen him either today or yesterday, we’d ask that you get in touch immediately.”
