There was more evidence today that regular road and rail users are not travelling during the Olympics.
This was the scene at the usually busy taxi rank at Waterloo used by passengers from Dorset, Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire.
One Berkshire commuter who drove into London today said it was the "best trip ever."
Roads are very light with traffic as most appear to have headed the advice.
Traders in Olympic towns like Windsor and Weymouth have been reporting a drop in trade.
