Kate Walsh, captain of the Team GB women’s hockey team, has been discharged from The Royal London Hospital and returned to the Olympic Village. It follows a successful operation on the Reading player's fractured jaw, sustained during Great Britain’s 4-0 victory over Japan on Sunday.
