Soldiers' body parts 'kept at John Radcliffe Hospital'

The Ministry of Defence is investigating reports that body parts and tissues from soldiers killed in Afghanistan have been kept without families' permission. The body parts were discovered at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford. Tissue samples were found at Bulford Garrison in Salisbury.
