A total of 229,224 people visited Eton Dorney over the past fortnight to watch the Olympic rowing and kayaking events which saw Team GB win nine medals in total for rowing, and two for kayaking.
Five arrests were made at the venue, all for suspected ticket touting.
Assistant Chief Constable John Campbell of Thames Valley Police said: “I am delighted that the events at Dorney Lake have passed so smoothly and that spectators had the chance to experience some truly outstanding performances."
