A power cut in Oxfordshire left 1,582 homes and business without electricity on Monday afternoon. Southern Electric managed to restore power to most of the homes in Wallingford after the fault at 1:50pm.
Spokesman Greg Clarke said earlier: ”We are doing everything we can to restore power to the remaining customers affected.
“And we would like to apologise to anyone affected for any inconvenience this may have caused.”
