The incident occurred between 11pm on Thursday, 9th August 9 and 7am on Friday, 10th August at a house in Charlotte Drive, Priddy’s Hard.
While the victim was asleep, the offender entered her home through an unlocked door and stole a 32 inch Panasonic television, an Apple IPod Classic, a Nokia mobile phone, a Samsung notebook and a handbag.
“I would appeal for anyone who has information about this incident to contact the police. “I’d also like to advise homeowners to double check that their windows and doors are locked and the keys have been removed even if only popping out for a few minutes, sleeping upstairs in the house or enjoying the sun in the back garden."
Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact PC Morgan at Gosport police station by phoning 101. Information can be given anonymously by calling the Crimestoppers charity on 0800 555 111.
Kyle Allen poured tried to set alight a Mercedes-Benz, which also contained two women and a dog.
