A community in Kent has stepped in to run and revive its historic harbour. The moorings at Queenborough on the Isle of Sheppey were put out to tender by Swale Council, which had previously run them but could not afford to maintain them.
The Queenborough Harbour Trust is being funded by residents drawn from local boating and civic interest groups. We speak to Trust members Geoffrey Reed and Eddie Johnson.
