A Worthing police officer will stand trial next year after being charged with harassment.
Pc Tony Day, 56, was told during an appearance at Worthing Magistrates' Court that he will be tried at Brighton Magistrates' Court on February 19.
The charge relates to an incident in Shoreham, West Sussex, between August 10 and 13, a Sussex Police spokesman said.
Day pleaded not guilty to the offence at a hearing at Chichester Magistrates' Court last week following his arrest on August 20.
Day, who works as a police constable in Worthing but is currently on sick leave, was released on conditional bail and will next appear at Worthing Magistrates' Court on September 11 for a pre-trial review.
