More than two thousand people have signed a petition to install a statue of George Harrison in Henley on Thames.
The Beatles star lived in the area from 1970 until his death in 2001.
Campaigners are currently speaking to George's widow Olivia to decide what design the memorial should take.

It happened while he was crossing Naseby Road just before 4pm on Wednesday 13th December. The driver of the car was not injured.
