A 71-year-old man has been injured in a hit and run collision in Aldershot.
The pensioner was walking across Alexandra Road at its junction with the A325 when he was struck by a silver Vauxhall Corsa car, at about 7.45pm on Friday.
The driver didn’t stop but drove off onto the A325 towards Farnham.
The victim sustained an injury to his shoulder and a fractured knee and was taken to hospital for treatment. PC Ollie Innes said: “Witnesses have described the car as and older-style Corsa and there may have been up to three people in the car.
“Did you see this vehicle on Friday evening? Do you know anything about this incident? Please contact me with any information.”
Anyone with any information is asked to contact PC Innes at Farnborough Roads Policing Unit on 101 or via the charity Crimestoppers line on 0800 555111.
