The fans hoping to buy Portsmouth Football Club say they'll hand their completed bid to administrators later today.
The Pompey Supporters' Trust was set a deadline of today by administrator Trevor Birch - and their's is thought to be one of two bids on the table.
The other has been made by Portpin, the company belonging to former owner Balram Chainrai.
Mr Birch - brought into Fratton Park when the club entered administration earlier this year - will now have to decide which bid offers the best deal to creditors of the League One side.
The Trust is offering to buy Fratton Park for £2.65 million, but because Mr Chainrai has a charge of more than £17 million over it - the parties will have to reach a compromise.
