Road users are advised to allow extra time for journeys as the final stage of the Tour of Britain cycle race takes place in Surrey.
The vast majority of the race route is delivered under a temporary rolling road closure, but it also involves closures of some local roads managed by Surrey County Council in Reigate and Guildford. This may impact on the nearby M25 and A3.
As a result, journey times around the M25 junction 8 - between 10.30am and 1pm - and along the A3 north of Guilford - between 1pm and 4pm - may be affected. The Highways Agency is urging motorists to allow plenty of extra time for their journeys.
