Help for Ferry passengers

Passengers of Brittany Ferries can use their tickets on services run by DFDS Seaways, the operator has said.

In light of the recent cancellations by Brittany Ferries, we are now accepting car passengers with valid Brittany Ferries tickets, booked prior to 20th September 2012, on our DFDS Seaways cross-Channel ferry routes. This includes both the Dover to Dunkirk and the Dover to Calais services. We would like to advise any car passengers with valid Brittany Ferries tickets for their cancelled routes, who would like to travel with us between Dover-France, that they should contact our UK reservations department on 0871 574 7241 in advance to secure their booking.”

– Chris Newey, Passenger Director for the English Channel at DFDS Seaways

To be eligible, when checking in, passengers must present their Brittany Ferries booking confirmation.

This offer is valid up to the 1800hrs (GMT) departure from Dover, the 1800 (CET) departure from Dunkirk and the 1800 (CET) departure from Calais on 28th September 2012, subject to availability.

Affected Brittany Ferries passengers can contact the DFDS Seaways UK reservations department on 0871 574 7241 in advance to secure their booking and confirm availability.
