Travel - Roads: J9 - J8/M3 bus fire update - reopened
Queueing traffic for 13 miles due to earlier bus fire on M3 London bound between J9 A34 (Winnal Roundabout, Winchester) and J8 A303, congestion on M3 to J14 (M27 J4). Travel time is around an hour and 30 minutes. All lanes have been re-opened.
