As a child she was taunted - and told she couldn't swim. But that was the the catalyst which drove Claire Cashmore to take the bully on - and win - and to achieve two silvers and a bronze at the London 2012 paralympic games.
Now the 24-year old has been inspiring other young swimmers at a school in Kent. Charlotte Wilkins has the story
