A school bus carrying 56 children from Kingston Maurwood College has crashed on the A350 between Upton and Lychett.
Dorset police were called around 8:15am to reports that the double decker had crashed into a field.
The ambulance service treated three children and the bus driver for minor injuries.
A police spokesperson say that all the children were safely removed from the vehicle and taken to another location to await a replacement bus service.
