M25 anticlockwise lane closed on exit slip road, slow traffic due to broken down vehicle at J10 A3 (Wisley Interchange). Lane one blocked. Drivers can still access the roundabout at J10. Adding to the already slow traffic on the anticlockwise carriageway.
