Up for the Cup

Once a year the FA Cup puts non league clubs like Hastings United under the the spotlight. The Ryman League side haven't won a single FA Cup game for six years - a win at Bishops Stortford tomorrow would take them further in this competition than they've ever been before.

Let's hope they are and you can watch that draw live on ITV1 on Sunday afternoon. And elsewhere in the First Round our League One and Two teams are in action. There's home advantage - but always potential for an upset in this competition - for Aldershot, Bournemouth and Gillingham.

Oxford travel to Barnet. Crawley had better behave when they play Met Police. Portsmouth and Swindon are both at home. While Dorchester of the Conference South play League Two Plymouth Argyle on Sunday.
