Korean rapper Psy - whose hit Gangnam Style has had more than 660 million hits on YouTube - is to address The Oxford Union later. The 34-year-old is expected to talk about the hype surrounding the single's "horse-riding" dance craze. He was invited by the president of the union John Seungyoon Lee.
Both come from the Gangnam area of Seoul, from where the hit song takes its name. Among the famous names who have addressed the Union in the past are Sir Winston Churchill, the Dalai Lama and Kermit the Frog.
