The X Factor continues tonight, for it’s sixth week of live shows and tonight's theme is 'Best of British'.
21-year-old Jahmene Douglas from Swindon is preparing for his biggest performance to date.
Speaking in a video diary, the Asda worker confessed he fails to take in the constant rave reviews from the judges, including after his version of Listen by Beyonce last weekend.
“It’s the sixth week in and I am exhausted but I know this is where I am supposed to be.”
“In the car on my way back I watched my performance back and realised how many flat notes there were.
“I just started being really critical of myself, so hopefully this weekend I can just push it a little bit more.”
