Fireworks organiser in court over M5 crash
A man's due in court today following an accident on the M5 last year which left seven people - including a father and daughter from Berkshire - dead.
Michael and Maggie Barton were travelling home to Windsor from a funeral when the crash happened in Somerset.
50-year-old Geoffrey Counsell was operating a fireworks display nearby and is charged with seven counts of manslaughter.
