Top judges are due to announce whether or not they'll overturn the sentence that prevents a man who murdered a mother-of-two from ever being released from prison.
Danilo Restivo was given a whole-life order in June last year for killing his neighbour Heather Barnett in Bournemouth. It means he can never apply for release on parole. But judges have been asked to consider giving him a minimum term instead.
