TRAVEL - ROADS: HAMPSHIRE - M3 delays
Very slow traffic due to earlier broken down vehicle on M3 Northbound at J13 A335 (Chandlers Ford). All traffic was held briefly to move a break down from lane three. All lanes reopened at 07:18. Delays back onto the M27.
