Soldiers from the Wiltshire-based King's Royal Hussars will receive their Afghanistan service medals today, following a six-month deployment as part of Task Force Helmand. The regiment was based at Lashkar Gah.
They were welcomed back to the UK yesterday when they marched through Winchester with a Band of Rifles.
