Hero the abandoned dog is now recovering

A severely emaciated dog was tied up and abandoned outside a pub in Sussex in freezing conditions. The male Rottweiler was left tied up outside the Crown Hotel in Littlehampton on Wednesday night last week by two women, who then ran away.
