TRAVEL - ROADS: HAMPSHIRE - J13/M3 accident
There is queueing traffic after an accident, now on the hard shoulder on M3 Northbound at J13 A335 (Chandlers Ford), congestion to J14 M27. All lanes have been re-opened. The carriageway was partially blocked for a while before 7:35am after a two vehicle collision.
