Tunnel protester Simon "Sitting Bull" Medhurst has said he was allowed out of his 14ft hole last night as temperatures dropped below freezing.
The Combe Haven Valley activist said he came to an agreement with bailiffs at the protest camp, outside Crowhurst, and re-entered the tunnel this morning.
