Developers have announced they are drawing up plans for an industrial estate off Junction 8 of the M20, on 42 acres of land. But the scheme is being opposed by councillors and residents' groups which fought off a previous plan to build a freight depot nearby - Kent International Gateway.
Opponents are calling this idea "Son of KIG'' but developers say it is different, smaller and could create thousands of jobs. We speak to Nick Yardle from Gallagher, Dennis Spooner from Bearsted Parish Council and Cllr Gary Cook from Kent County Council.
