Three people, including a Thames Valley police officer, are due in court over the alleged selling of personal information.
PC Sugra Hanif, 26 and from Banbury, is accused of obtaining or disclosing personal data.
She'll appear alongside two others charged with conspiracy to commit misconduct in a public office.
