Arrest made after girl and man knocked over

Thames Valley Police investigating an accident in which a 10-year-old girl and a 40-year-old man were knocked down and seriously injured in a collision with a car, have arrested a man. It happened on the A413 Wendover Road at its junction with Eascote Road just after midnight on Sunday 3rd February.

A 29-year-old man from Aylesbury was arrested on the evening of Wednesday 6th February on suspicion of dangerous driving and failing to stop and report an accident. He has been released on bail until 22nd March pending further inquiries.
