A police cordon is in place as detectives in Brighton investigate a murder after a woman found with serious injuries later died in hospital.
At 8.45pm last night police were called to an incident in the street in Queen's Square, Brighton, where a 24-year-old woman had been seriously injured.
The woman was taken to hospital but has subsequently died and a 25-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of her murder.
