Anger at 'unreasonable' outside dining charges
Restaurant owners in Whitstable are claiming they are being treated unfairly by Canterbury council for charging them £5,000 to put tables and chairs outside their premises.
They claim that cafes and restaurants in Canterbury are only being charged £150.
